Freight LTL Shipping Information
At Highway Auto Parts, we strive to ensure your auto parts arrive safely and efficiently. To achieve this, we utilize Freight Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipping for larger or bulkier items. Here’s what you need to know about our freight shipping process:
Business Address Delivery
- Efficient Delivery: Freight LTL shipping to business addresses ensures your parts are delivered quickly and securely.
- Liftgate Service: If your business address requires a liftgate for unloading, please inform us at the time of your order. This will help us make the necessary arrangements to accommodate your delivery needs.
Residential and Apartment Delivery
- Drop-Off Location: For residential or apartment deliveries, the freight will be dropped off outside your home or apartment building. Please note that there is no inside delivery available for these locations.
- Important to Note: Ensure you are present to receive and inspect the shipment upon arrival to avoid any issues. If you require a liftgate service for residential delivery, please notify us in advance.
Small Item Shipping
- Carriers Used: Smaller items are shipped via UPS or USPS at our discretion.
- Handling Time: There is a 1-2 day handling time for all small item shipments, ensuring prompt delivery of your parts.
- Tracking will be provided when item is shipped.
